Whatever you do, do not purchase an insurance plan that is administered by HMA. Every-time I called, I was routed away from the AZ office, and to a call center in Puerto Rico. The agents are all unprofessional, and will not help you at all. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
