I actually had fun turning in my aluminum cans! The guys working were really nice and funny. The pricing for this time was .55 per lbs and I had 20 lbs so I got 11.00. They even helped my boyfriend and I open up all the bags and put the cans in a basket, and would shew the bees away. Good place!

Gosh. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I had sent an email off their website, requesting the price for a four drawer metal file cabinet. Since I hadn’t heard back, I called them with the same questions. She said metal is .07/lb. Her office radio was blaring in the background, making it very difficult to have a conversation. I asked her if she had any tips on how to take the drawers out so I can transport it down to your center. She said they take it in one piece. But I said, I can’t bring it to you in one piece. She avoided my question. I thanked her and said sorry for the trouble! This employee leaves me aghast in her customer service skills. Maybe I’ll just toss the cabinet in the dumpster. A lot less trouble!

Always fast, friendly service. They pay you cash money at location, unlike other scrap yards that issue a check you then have to go to the bank to cash.
