We vetted multiple remodeling companies before we selected McCurdy Construction- and SO GLAD WE DID. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath! From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place – and more! The high quality of the products matched their customer service! The schedule was paced on our timeline and on the mark from beginning to end. We are their number one fan club!

We recently completed our bathroom remodel with McCurdy Construction, and we’re very happy that we did. It took us nearly a year to find the right contractor for the job- having met with several companies before finally finding McCurdy. It’s refreshing to find a group of people who love what they do, listen to your ideas, provide great feedback, work with you to design a stunning home, and then follow up with great project management to keep things on schedule, on budget, and looking fantastic. From the beginning, Greg Streeter listened to our needs, worked with us to hone our visions, and stuck with us until the end. We really appreciated his insight and prompt responses. Leyda Herring McCurdy has an excellent eye for design, and was instrumental in developing out the design of our remodel. And Rob Lara, one of the best superintendents we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, was on the ball, responsible, communicative, and helpful. He’s one of those “get it done” guys that can tackle anything you set in front of him. Everything - from design to installation - was professional and in keeping with how we feel a business should be run. Even the follow through with a gift basket hand picked to fit the needs of our growing family was not only appreciated, but cemented our perceptions of McCurdy as a high class operation with integrity. It’s hard to go wrong with a company like that.

I hired McCurdy to do TI work for my new small business and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. I had the unusual circumstance of beginning construction right as the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown hit. I was worried that my construction would be significantly impacted, but that didn't happen. They rolled with the punches and adjusted things as necessary to keep the project as on track as possible given the situation. I really appreciated the attention to detail and responsiveness the project coordinator Greg displayed! Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and fairly. The crew doing the work were fantastic as well - friendly and they do great work. My salon looks awesome and if I get the opportunity to open another location I will absolutely call McCurdy!

In the past 20 years, we have lived through three large remodel projects with three different contractors. McCurdy construction is by far the best. During the process of meeting with contractors for estimates, we were impressed with Tom Haberman's knowledge and really appreciated his ideas on what we could do. None of the other contractors discussed options that we never thought of or dreamed was possible. Once on board with McCurdy, we met with Tom and the design team at McCurdy's show room. Leyda and Kaitlyn were also very knowledgeable, had great ideas and made it a fun experience. Fortunately we didn't have to live in the house during construction but came by every day to see the progress. Rob and his crew were incredibly polite, respectful and flexible with us popping in. With the major work behind them, the attention to detail in finishing up small things, many of which we didn't even see, continued to leave us with a sense of complete and total satisfaction that we chose the right company. My older brother has worked in construction most of his life and he agreed that we had the best of the best on our project. Previous experiences with contractors left much to be desired with communication but there was never a lapse in updates on progress or work to be scheduled. My expectations were exceeded and we are extremely pleased with the results. Photos are from the same perspective before and after construction.

McCurdy Construction is awesome. My wife and I wanted to close in a room with a closet to make it a third bedroom. After receiving different estimates, we chose McCurdy Construction. We are so happy we did. The company's crew did a great job cutting out and then installing double doors. The crew members -- Derek, Manuel and Dave -- did a wonderful job cutting out and then installing the double doors to our now bedroom. They are professional, polite and extremely neat. They covered with plastic all affected areas and then took their time to thoroughly clean up. Derek also impressed me by doing such a great job putting up the mirrors we wanted over our fireplace and in the den. He measured everything to make sure they were in the right places and Manuel and Dave helped him put them up. Kudos also to Rob, who explained everything that would occur, and to Tom, who took the time to understand what I wanted and then correctly measured everything. The owner, Mike McCurdy, emailed me every night to let me know the work schedule for the next day. Talk about a company being customer focused. I rarely write a review before but was so impressed with McCurdy Construction that I wanted to write one.
