Listen, if you’re going to do a business venture, you MUST surround yourself with the best people. When I say the best, I’m saying great knowledge, someone who truly looks out for your best interests, ethical, and connections beyond far beyond real estate to help you in the goal to become successful. I got to work with Rich Andrus during my process. Rarely do I trust someone to the level I trusted him. He earned that trust! He did because he is the best and showed me over the course of a year and 1/2 looking at like 10-20 places, guiding me in the right direction, he always had my best interests in mind. I know my deal didn’t make him nearly the money as other clients, especially when I know he is a very busy guy. It didn’t seem to matter to him. He always responded to my messages, thoughtfully took my questions into consideration, drove me all around west Phoenix. He spent wayyy more time with me than he will be compensated for, but as he told me “my job is to make you so happy you’ll want to work with us again and tell others to work with us.” Mission accomplished. I will gladly tell everyone and be a customer for life.
