Had kitchen remodeled several years ago, with a complete install of new cabinets. Quality and value was good, but recently have experienced a problem with wood vaneer siding in 2 cabinets coming unglued. Customer service has been unresponsive to my inquiries regarding warranty coverage and repair assistance. I find this lack of response unacceptable. Accordingly, I can not recommend them.

Their cabinets are the worst cabinets we ever had! They replaced the cabinets twice in a year and 2-3 months after they replaced them, they are cracking again, peeling off and looking weird. I spoke to Danielle in their customer service department and she told me that Paul the project manager said that the cabinet were up to code. Up to code why are they cracking, discoloring and peeling off then? Troy one of their managers called me a liar. I can’t bek that lack of professionalis! The last time they replaced the cabinets they were supposed to replace the panels too but they ordered only one panel instead of 5. When I called this morning to inquire abt those Danielle told me that they would not be replacing the panels. Their cabinets are of very poor quality. No wonder the Cays decided to go with another cabinets maker for building 3. California closet did our master closet. I have never called them once in a year to complain. You know why? Because they are selling quality! You tested the cabinets twice in a year and found out that they were defective both time. The 3rd time you gave us defective cabinets again. What kind of business is this?
