I was having some challenges feeling very angry with myself and would constantly bite my nails. Biting my nails was a habit that I had most of my life until I met Jeff Bliss. After a couple of Zoom sessions I now feel more calm, relaxed and overall happier. My nails are getting longer and prettier. Jeff is truly a mindset coach. In our first session and using the mental exercises that were tailored for my issue I immediately started to feel better about myself and less of a need to bite my nails. My nail biting was so bad that I would draw blood. He is also great with follow ups. You can count on him to see how you are progressing. Jeff is a master in his field, very personable and easy to talk too. I highly recommend Jeff Bliss to empower you so you can resolve issues that are obstructing you from a better life.

He is really amazing! I felt like I visited Wizard of Oz! Instant relief of unnecessary baggage, fears and sorrow that I carried for waaaay too long! Better understanding of reality and exciting clearance of mind! Thank you so so much! AN UPDATE: one of my issues was chocolate/ sugar cravings that got out of control! Guess what, DAY5(!) and no cravings, in fact, I don’t care about sweets at all! I’m still checking on it every time I see chocolate/ see others eating it, and nope, nothing, I don’t care about it!

Jeff Bliss - Miracle worker! We went to Jeff seeking help for a mental block my 12 yr old daughter could not seem to get past. My daughter is a softball pitcher and after getting hit by 2 line drives in the past 9 months, she developed a mental block which kept her from throwing strikes to batters. No matter how awesome her warm up was, she would get on the mound and throw ball after ball, just outside the batters reach. After 1 two hr session with Jeff... we are thrilled that she is back to throwing pitches!! It was truly amazing to watch the whole process unfold... from her 1st conversation with Jeff to her standing on the mound and throwing strikes for the 1st time in 6 months. We are sooooo Grateful to Jeff. If you are on the fence... can hypnotism help? If you believe... It can!! Simply amazing!!!!

I was a little skeptical when first considering hypnotherapy as an alternative method to help me work through some issues. I went to Jeff after spending quite a bit of money on therapy with little to no success. I did some research on hypnotherapy and saw that most people who tried it were able to benefit from it. At this point, I was truly desperate and pretty much willing to try anything that would deliver some results. I came across Jeff's site on yelp, sent him an email to which he promptly replied. We met the next day and I have to say that the other reviews about Jeff immediately putting you at ease are true. I don't know how he does it. By the end of our session, I was experiencing incredible, mental clarity I never thought I'd be capable of. To be honest, it felt a little bit like \cheating\ because I had been trying to get rid of this problem for several years now, and Jeff literally helped me get rid of it in 2 hours. I would recommend him to anyone because I can confidently say the results will exceed your expectations. If you're going through a hard time, or if you have issues stopping you from becoming the person you want to be, Jeff is your man!! #Grateful
