They packed up and left before my scheduled appointment. Using their website, I scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccination for 5:30 Sunday evening. Instructions were to wait in my car until called in. I got there at 5:25. Still no phone call by 5:45. I tried calling them but got a useless recording. So I walked in and they were locked up and gone. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Don't let people book appointments for when you're apparently not open.

Went to Minute Clinic in CVS to get my recent problem of really bad break outs on my face. Susan the NP did a excellent job in analyzing the situation and quickly identified the problem as a Staph infection She also explained how easy it is to get this infection... She subscribed the correct medication to remedy the problem. I would have full confidence in Susan for resolving any medical issue in the future.. She has many years experience, and is a top level NP...

Extremely impressed and appreciative of the NP that treated me. She listened and answered questions I had that didn't even pertain to my appointment. She was more considerate and helpful than half the doctors I met this year. Nice to see that there are still medical professionals that actually care about their patients. Very quick and affordable as well.

Great service. Fast and friendly. The nurse practitioners asked tons of questions to make sure they were treating me in the best way possible and even made suggestions to help relieve the pain faster. The pharmacy filled my prescriptions very quickly and they even helped me when I didn't know what over the counter to take.

Of I could give it negative stars I would. I am a veteran and I was told by the VA to just go anywhere to be seen. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seen. And when I did finally get seen she cared more about my insurance information, than my care. She wouldn't run the VA because they didn't give me an authorization number. And she kept changing the amount for the copays for my regular insurance. To top it all off as I'm sitting there wheezing she checks my oxygen level, it was low so she kept changing fingers until one was high enough. Then she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't see me until I called the VA back and that it would be a 2 hour wait. Worse experience ever. I would never go back again.
