Jeff fielded my call he was extremely helpful and gave me great directions. It was an extreme pleasure having him help me. He brightened my day. His customer service skills are impeccable. When I picked up my tiles the staff was equally helpful and very enjoyable to work with. The demeanor of the staff shows that they all get along and enjoy their jobs.

their pool pebble color sample for Tropic Blue is way off, actual installed color very much lighter so we ended up with a tile way darker than fits the pool color per our desires. They gave a portion of the amount off the price to compensate a little, but this is a mismatch for 25 years. This color difference is way beyond the \color varies\ and they have o idea\ how this could happen. Do not trust the samples. Go see a real installation first.
