These apartments are here based off of income right . Resident of going on two years and all I’m trying to do is the best way to turn in my insurance policy but because of our current pandemic I understand that I can’t go in in person but whether the staff wants to be here or not should never be verbalized in any profession it’s a constant thing where the manager of the property doesn’t seem like she wants to be there and when she is hands-on it’s just so dull sold and hard about everything instead of ever having a solution doesn’t mind playing roundabout games to avoid her actual job. Always having no idea why what or how! Should never tell residents that one days I won’t even be here and people like our residents are then reason I hate tangos so called job?! All I was looking for was a way to get my policy in without 15 more trips and 10 more new sets of paper work?

We have lived here for a little over 3 years. The management is great, maintenance is great, both are always very kind, prompt and helpful. The area has improved greatly since the summer of 2017 when we moved in. Rent increases have been minimal. The apartments are dated and the interior quality is baseline but the monthly rent is also the cheapest we have seen in the area. If you need an affordable apartment with dependable staff Parkside is a good option!
I live here at Park Side Apartments in Mesa with great joy! The staff is very helpful in time of need in or around the apartment complex and there response time is very good... I also enjoy having a pool to keep me extremely cool in the summer time! I am grateful that I have a great Manager that does her best to manage Park Side Apartments with a great attitude and efficiency!
So I’ve been living in Parkside for about 4 years now. I moved in January of 2015. These apartments have went up on rent in the last year when they really didn’t need too. They never actually repair anything in the apartment all they do is fix it to where u won’t have to call again until it breaks again. They have a small pests issue to where they have someone come once a month if you asks them too and spray. But the spray only last for so long and there u go having to call again to have them spray every month. I’m glad I have a housing voucher and don’t have to pay normal rent in these low budget high rent for no reason apartments! If your looking for something nice and reasonable in Tempe do not make 825 South River Drive your next place to live. Terrible and poorly unprofessional management company. Definitely not resigning a new lease here!!!!
The Parkside is a great place to live in Tempe! Corey in the office is excellent at his job, he always goes the extra mile, he quickly processes any work orders and answers any questions or concerns that you may have. Ruben and Ray in maintenance are great, they quickly handle any work orders, maintain the landscaping and grounds, and take great pride in the property! It's just a great family friendly, safe and convenient place to live!
