My son worked with Nicole Heim. She was wondering! He was struggling with a lot of typical teenager issues that were compounded by both the pandemic as well as some depression and anxiety. She help him tremendously. I could see improvement right away. He now has a better understanding of how to handle life's challenges as well as how to analyze and process his feelings. She was not only very relatable, she was passionate about helping and very understanding about your situation. She not only taught you about mindfulness but she also taught me different coping skills. Nikki was absolutely the best, not only was she up beat and passionate.
