Ordered pho and asked for extra sides like cilantro and onion. I only had to wait 15 min for my order which wasn't bad. When I received my order, I asked again if they made sure there's extra and the lady said yes (I should've checked before I left). Once I got home, I checked the sides and had a very small amount of cilantro and onion and I was adamant about the sides. I was a bit disappointed, but the broth was delicious.

literally the worst pho place in town. Unflavored soup and curry with barely any add on is really hurting. Plus the price of this place added on top, absolutely not worth it. (I threw it into the trash before finishing it.) I would give a negative star if Google let me.

CLOSE to being good. I ordered the well-done beef soup with a thai tea boba. Here are my thoughts. The reviews mentioning how skimpy they are with the meat are accurate. I got about 4 little pieces with my order and they weren't that great in quality. Two pieces were tender and the other two were very tough; practically beef jerky (not an exaggeration). As well, the veggies that came with it were not very fresh. About a quarter of the cilantro that I got was rotting and the bean sprouts were not that fresh either. Rice noodles were fine and plentiful, so if you're a carb lover who's just in it for the noodles, I'd say go for it. Now I'll give credit where credit is due: the broth was FANTASTIC. It was rich and loaded with flavor. Someone else said they tasted too much cinnamon, and I can kinda see how they thought that, but I actually like my pho heavy on the aromatics, so I thought it was perfect. It's frustrating because it's almost a 5-star bowl. They just need to give better cuts of meat (and more of it) and actually care about the freshness of their vegetables. The thai tea boba was annoying. Flavor was nice but the cup was filled to the brim with large pieces of ice and the boba was just dumped on top so yeah...didn't actually get any boba in my 4-5 sips. As far as customer service goes, I don't really see the point in complaining when it comes to Vietnamese restaurants. Of the dozens that I've been to, only one i can think of offered anything resembling customer service; it's just to be expected and I don't really care tbh. However, it is worth mentioning that the people who work here don't seem to care at all, and actually seemed rather annoyed with my presence. I'm not surprised peoples' complaints fell on deaf ears after interacting with one of the servers. Just order through an app and you'll have better luck getting a refund from them if you're not happy with something. All in all: see if you can just order a container of broth to-go.

So alot of people are saying this is bad pho I dont agree, me and my GF both agree that this is (so far) the freshest most delicious Pho we've had so far out of the 4 Pho places we've gone too in Tempe in terms of freshness and just general taste. I want to give it 5 stars but the man was rude to me when picking up my order. The food gets 5 the customer service gets 2. 3 is fair.

I've only had the pho and pad thai here and both are delicious. Thai tea is really good too.
