Does a fine job of supplying power, but not customer focused at all. They are devoid of state oversight, allowing them to set up rate plans like their new customer generation plan that screw the customer. Their software also doesn't allow them to change the single primary account holder, so make sure you get it right the first time, otherwise you must create and activate (30) a new account as if you're selling your residence. Then you will lose all historical data and must re-apply for all custom programs on your account. Good grief!
