Doctors that take their time still exist. holistic approach to health while not pushing medicines or 50 trips to specialists and labs. everyone loves what they do and care deeply for their patients and their wellbeing. only thing needed is a dose of patience as they do take their time asking questions and digging deeper.

I've been going to SCNM Medical Center for about 10 years and really appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of most staff. I started seeing Dr. Alexander about 3 years ago and am Very happy to have found and selected her as my Primary Care Doctor. I was fascinated by many of the suggestions made during my first appointment, as well as subsequent appointments, and truly appreciate the way that she thinks outside of the box. But most of all I so appreciate Dr. Alexander's kindness, the fact that I feel heard by her, the fact that I feel she gives me credit for my intelligence and personal knowledge of my body and health, and yes her sense of humor. Not only do I not feel talked down to by Dr. Alexander, I don't feel like she makes assumptions about me based on surface information and she tries to meet me where I'm at to join me in my journey!

Great telemedicine experience. Even during a student shift, the student clinician spent nearly an hour talking with me, discussing and explaining to me the treatment plan. I was able to meet with the physician and it was great to see the student/teacher dynamic. It felt like I was getting two providers for the price of one!
Dr. Covey is the best. The BEST!
