Her fear and desperation turned to an obsession after she had been stung several times, moved out of two homes and found herself in her fourth home that was infested. After going through a number of failed services, the obsession led her to extensive study of the science of scorpions, home structures, the environmental impacts, repellents, insecticides and all matters related to keeping scorpions out. Curing her own problem she and her husband William and brother Mike began working with others in similar situations and with similar fears to keep scorpions out of their own homes. Seal Out Scorpions has grown to 11 full time staff members working year round with residents in keeping scorpions out. I don't even know where to start as I was amazed at the level of support I got from this family owned service/business! I bought my first house in Ahwatukee during the pandemic and immediately started seeing scorpions here and there in the house. Being a native of AZ, I never experienced this ever. First sighting was when one walked over my 7 year old daughter's foot without stinging her and she screamed like someone was killing her. A few months later, she saw two back to back over 24 hours, my daughter had a panic attack out of fear of them so immediately I started looking around for a permanent solution. After talking to Georgia, I was sold and stopped searching. She understood my problem and was willing to help and educate me which is a big deal to me being a single mom and first time home owner. Sealing the home was not cheap and an unexpected expense but way better than a hospital visit therefore so worth it. My daughter and I can rest now knowing we are safe which was worth the money. All the staff was amazing. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I loved that it is a family owned business and everyone was informed about my situation so I didn't have to keep explaining myself. I could go on and on but everyone that I came in contact with is considered a super hero in my book. My anxiety is long gone now because of Seal Out Scorpions!

This intruder was in the sink at my rental! Not okay! I thought it came from the drain and was told by Georgia it either fell from the ceiling or got in the sink another way (I honestly could not hear anything else she was saying because I became instantly nauseous and cried). I had just been standing there 30 minutes prior cleaning my rental and it was not there! I am so grateful for Mike and Bill and the entire SOS team. I had scorpions at both of my rental properties in Tempe and as the landlord I was afraid for my tenants. I had no idea how to handle and quite frankly, scorpions really frighten me! Let's be real-- I don't know what to do about them and I don't want to be down in the nitty gritty with them either figuring it out. I know Georgia has her own experience with being stung and walking through fear and was patient with my fears, tears and other emotions. The entire SOS team was professional, expedient and thorough with full home sealing. I am no longer hearing about scorpions from my tenants. I also followed their suggestions for maintaining my properties including flora and pest control. I am super grateful they provide this service from the psychological aspect to the sealing and physical aspect. I highly recommend Seal Out Scorpions to anyone wanting to keep scorpions out of their home! SOS provides solutions!0

The team was excellent and super friendly, I seriously felt like they were family! Mike’s walk around my property to teach me upkeep and scorpion prevention techniques were above and beyond. It’s been 2 years since we sealed our house (yes this review is wayyyy over due) and we have had next to nothing for scorpion issues. Georgia took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I had all the information I needed. She even took the time to explain the behavior of scorpions, which was mind blowing! We were probably on the phone for like an hour maybe hour and a half and I never felt like she was trying to rush me off the call to get back to other business. I highly HIGHLY recommend seal out scorpions for your scorpion prevention needs. Don’t waste your time shopping around, they are your one stop shop!! I'm so glad I chose this company. Right off the bat, Georgia was very kind, friendly and informative and throughout my time using their services, she was always very responsive and professional. The rest of the staff was also very professional, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend this company, especially if you have a scorpion problem like I did.

If you have scorpions (or even creepy little geckos) sneaking into your home call Seal Out Scorpions. We were getting geckos DAILY and could not figure out how or where they were coming into our new home and.... being new to the area, they really creeped me out. The last straw was when I saw one on the wall above our bed YIKES! Although we didn't have Scorpions I ran across this company and read the reviews and called. They are SO very knowledgeable about critters! We had a walk-through estimate done and after explaining to me ALL of the openings in our home and the process they would use for sealing it up THE RIGHT WAY, I hired them and the fee seemed completely worth it, knowing peace of mind we would have and the fact that it was A LOT of work for them and their crew. I saw the value and am so glad!!!! We have been gecko & scorpion-free for an entire year! If you have little critters getting into your house, it is definitely worth it! Not only are they knowledgeable, but very professional. I waited an entire year to make this post to ensure the end result of their service was still the same and it is. So happy! Call them!
