Whole team at SERVPRO of Tempe were on it! Boom, Boom, they were on it. Honest and Professional, felt comfortable getting the crew in with all my family and during a pandemic! We have never been through this process of water damage, but I'm glad I called Mike at SERVPRO!!

Mike and his crew were professional, attentive, and thorough. They worked quickly to mitigate the flood damage, making sure that I was fully informed each step of the way. They were sensitive to the fact that we were also trying to run a business during the mitigation process making sure to schedule services during times that fit our needs. Mike was very helpful in finding working solutions to my concerns, going as far as to help communicate those solutions to the insurance company on my behave. I feel fortunate to have had ServPro on this project and would not hesitate to call them again.
Mike, Cisco and Ashley were all very professional. I have a son who is immunocompromised so I have to be extra careful with his health. They took the time to make sure everything was taped and cleaned thoroughly and explained everything they did to me. I would recommend them for sure!
Mike Edgar and his team (Cisco and Shawn) were extremely helpful to my husband and I! We recently had a dishwasher leak beneath our kitchen cabinets. This team resolved the issue and put our minds at ease regarding contamination of any surrounding areas. They were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them...They will be our first call for any cleanup or restoration needs!
