We called shamrock out to replace our package heat pump on our roof. Sean came out to give us a quote and gave us several different options. We were very pleased with various affordable options. After selecting the best option for our house, Sean and Daniel came out to install our new unit. They arrived on time and got right to work. They also walked us through the whole process and cleaned everything up when they were done. Overall the our experience with Shamrock heating and cooling was really good. They were honest, friendly, and affordable. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again in the future.

Great contact, very fast response and replaced my two ACs next day. Pricing is reasonable and you can choose options without a long-term service contract - which was why we decided to go with them. Work was done very professionally and fast, replaced two ACs in 5 hrs.

We have been using Shamrock Heating and Cooling for many years. Sean, and his staff respond very quickly and professionally. I have to mention that when we had to replace one of our A/C units a few years ago, despite the intense heat, and my insistence, he and Daniel made it a point to go around the house, rather than come through it which would have been much easier for them. They were more concerned with tracking any dirt, rather than their comfort. Weeks after the install, I was also impressed with Sean's prompt answers to my many questions. He was very patient. Recently, we had an issue with our other A/C unit and he came quickly as promised and diagnosed the problem on the spot. He replaced the unit at a fair price and he and Daniel worked non-stop through the installation. We appreciated that all old equipment and debris were removed before they left. Frankly, we could get a new unit anywhere, but what keeps us going to Shamrock Heating is not only their pricing, but the quality of their customer service Great company. They never disappoint.

Sean was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After spending over 2 weeks trying to get our home warranty to help fix our AC with nothing but a runaround, I called Shamrock and they had Sean out to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour. Less than 3 1/2 hours after I called Shamrock we finally have our AC up and running after 2 weeks of not having any air running. Being treated like family is something that you don't find in many companies nowadays. I'm glad we found Shamrock and have our maintenance program through them!
