Love the team at Smart Pest! We’ve been using them at my property for almost a year and they’ve been so great. Steve is our weekly tech and he’s amazing. The residents love him! Extremely unhelpful. Scheduled appointments not met, very unreliable... Finally when treatment completed puddles left all around.

These guys are wonderful. We have a business across from the building they are located in. We left our door open past our posted hours. One of the techs stopped by to make sure we were okay and everyone was safe. We appreciate this company tremendously! Thank you!

Smart Pest helped me with a difficult situation at the Orchard Mesa apartment complex in Mesa which has had multiple bedbug infestations. Smart Pest was professional, courteous, well-informed and focused on finding solutions to solve the issues. This is one of the few firms using the services of a trained bedbug sniffing dog. Highly recommend.
