These burgers are not suited for takeout.. I spent ten minutes in the car after I picked up and before I unwrapped the burger at home.. the content was lumped up in between the buns.. not being unreasonable, I am glad they are open and serving in a safe manner, just stating they need to reinvent or rethink the packaging..
Delicious! I pulled in and called my order in and in 12 min it was done. I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger burgers and two fries.
Not a fan. It's overpriced and just ok burgers. My girlfriend was saying how another location messed up her order over and over while dining in. We got this order delivered through a third party service and wouldn't you know..poor girl they messed up her order. She called and said they would have to give the details to someone else and they would get us a refund for her burger. Can't just do it over the phone?? I'm not wasting my money or time with any Smashburger locations again it definitely wasn't worth it.
Good last couple times. Bad this time starting with cashier having no personality and essentially ignoring my comments. Then, the five burgers ordered were overflowing with sauce/mayo etc erasing burger flavor and making bread soggy. Tomato and onion also lacking. Tots and french fries were great though.
