He went into great detail to explain what he was doing during his service visit to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Received call about 10:00, Sean arrived half hour before scheduled time, which was okay. Checked heat pump, thermostat and cleaned pre-filter. Said the unit was pretty clean and in good working order. Temp was where it was supposed to be. All done in less than 1/2 hour. Very polite and courteous.
