I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Maura helped me out and she was extremely professional and efficient. She was also very kind and knowledgeable. Great customer service skills. The place is very clean and easy to find. Parking is plenty and conveniently placed. Check in was a breeze but I did have an appointment so not sure if that makes a difference. Overall I was very impressed by how quick and kind Maura was.

Staff is completely rude. they even had to call for instructions on a drug test for my employers that i have had done there previously multiple times. they even lost my order for 10 minutes while i was waiting. seriously the most incompetent's staff I'm glad they sent us to their competition we were in and out in less than 10 minutes at the other site well worth the 15 minute drive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in for a test right when they opened and was done within 15 minutes. The location was very neat and clean and the employee was friendly and made the process easy. Would highly recommend.

super fast place. I went in for a drug screening and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff is great and super friendly. The process is painless and they explain every process in detail. they have lockers with locks to put in your belongings while they administer the test.
