Quick and easy.. great assortment of products. Got rid of loose mushrooms - bummer but it's understandable. Pricing is staying low now. Love baby bok choy!

I really like Sprouts just now this location. I came in on Thursday, about 30 minutes after they opened to limit my time in the store, avoid large groups of people and to social distance. Only the self check outs were open. I had a cart full of groceries and lots of fresh produce and it took nearly 15 minutes to scan everything and search for the produce and weight each item on the checkout machine. As I had many groceries and ran out of bagging space, I had to put my bagged groceries in the cart, but every time I did so I had to wait for an associate to clear the “put item back in the bagging area” notification. There was even an elderly woman next to me who had to scan and bag her own groceries and learn how to use the self check out. Tonight I placed an ordered on the Sprouts/Instacart app which is not transparent when ordering from the meat/deli department. As an avid shopper here I knew two hamburger patties is one pound, I put in for two pounds in the app and was charged for two pounds. When I got home there was only one pound which is two patties when I was expecting four patties. I even called the meat department to confirm if two pounds would be four patties. I called the store, it was to late to reorder curbside and I personally did not want to go through the hassles of the other options of going in, or having someone take my payment outside and bring my food back out when I was already there earlier.
