My tech was super courteous and very thorough. I am so glad I called Steamy. I got the appointment on super short notice, they gave me 30 minutes notice before arriving and did a great job. I had a sick pet so it was necessary to get the pet stain removal. It turned out great. Thanks!

Mike from Steamy Concepts was absolutely amazing! He asked a bunch of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted/needed. He made my carpets look and feel brand new, I feel so comfortable to lay my baby on the carpets and let him play! I HIGHLY recommend Steamy Concepts if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned!! My technician Daniel arrived on time and even called ahead. He did a fantastic job and it was very quick and affordable. I could not more highly recommend this service and company. I’m very impressed with Steamy Concepts. Daniel was professional, thorough, engaging, and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. There was some pet issues in my guest room and now it looks and smells so clean. Daniel pretreated the area and the carpet never looked so good. His work was performed quickly, efficiently, and he cleaned up everything. I will gladly use this company again without hesitation!
