This studio has been a life-changing experience. June and the instructors have deep knowledge, understanding and respect for the world of Burlesque and are able to teach in a way that is comfortable and genuine. No gimmicks in this studio. I’ve been with VaVaVoom for a little over six months now and they have wasted no time truly making me feel like family. Needless to say, I’m a huge fan. Studio VaVaVoom has a plethora of different classes in dance, stage work and fitness classes. The classes are well-organized and I have yet to leave a single session without an “A-Ha” moment. As for their sanity and safety regulations, they’re on top of everything. Full sanitation between every class, proper social distancing and strict mask requirements as necessary. I tried this studio out on a whim, taking their level one moves class not really sure what to expect, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time !

I love this place! The owner is amazing and the teachers are fun and informative. I have taken some dance classes and their Emcee works and I had a blast! Come on guys burlesque is not just for girls we can have fun too!

I've been taking classes since 2015. This review is so long overdue! What a wonderful adventure I've had! I walked into this studio trying not to make eye contact and hiding behind anyone I could. After just a few sessions I had a whole new positive outlook on myself, and now years later I'm a whole new person. I love the: body positivity, general positivity, welcoming to all (ages 18/genders/races/shapes/sizes/etc.), fact that I am doing something I'd never thought I could or would ever do, the support of so many amazing people, making friends, dancing despite my age (and that we're really all over the map in age), and stretching myself mentally (in a good way). Best positive change in my life and I wish I hadn't waited so long to start!

Studio VaVaVoom truly offers something for all levels of experience. I have been dancing for twenty years and thought I had tried all styles until I took a burlesque class here. I have learned new moves, how to work with props, and I have met the most amazing people. Quality adult dance classes are hard to find, and this place is chock-full of them! Most importantly, from day one the teachers and students at Studio VaVaVoom made me feel like more than a student - you truly feel like you are a part of something here. Whether you are looking for fitness or just for fun, I promise you won't regret going here.
