From the initial sales contact that we initiated to the process of getting permits, approvals and installation the process was smooth, the communication was excellent and the end result has been as expected and promised. The above and beyond follow-up after our system was installed was very much appreciated, our interactions with everyone at Sunny was always professional and the responses always prompt. Sunny Energy's excellent planning and completion of our solar panel project during the COVID-19 pandemic was very much appreciated. There were several forms, visits and inspections to be completed before our system was able to begin operation. I have worked with Rich (sales person) in the past and had a great experience and came back to him again. The installers did good, clean work and the system is up and running well. Mike, the manager of customer support, does a nice walkthrough at the end and explains a lot of the ins and outs of the system and the monitoring. Overall the company was good to work with and no major complaints. I would recommend them for your solar needs.

As first time solar buyers, we didn't quite know what to expect but we are very pleased we chose Sunny Energy. The installers were very professional and efficient, and arrived in marked vehicles. The system looks great on our roof and on the side of the house. After three months of utility bills, the savings are definitely paying off and we're glad we chose to make the decision to purchase. The final walkthrough appointment (via Zoom) was very timely; gave us a chance to see how things worked and have all our questions answered. Would highly recommend this company to others.
