Honestly I'm driving away from this location as we speak you definitely need to give a class on how to treat your customers!! The money that is spent by your customers is part of what keeps you guys alive n your employees paid!! Normally when someone says good afternoon n how you doing with a smile behind my mask n a smile in my tone of voice to someone you get a respectable answer back instead I got by passed and ignored will come back and try this location again I believe in second chances on the up side ur location is perfect I was there about 15 min in you have a great clean facility

Requires you create a profile with all of your personal info to buy. I'm not sure if they are selling it or what. The manager explained they needed the profile so they could verify I had a valid ID.... isn't that why you check IDs twice? Then she explained it was so they could have a history of all my purchases. I don't want there to be a history. So long story short, they told me they didn't require a profile at the door, so I waited (not super long) to find that they are aggregating our info and potentially selling it or sharing it with third parties maybe even law enforcement. STAY AWAY
I’ve been happily coming here for years. The staff are friendly and patient every time with everyone, from what I seen. These folks are always welcoming when I walk in. They go to lengths to make sure I’ve gotten all available discounts and promotions. Their knowledge of the branded products they carry is sufficient enough for my needs. As for their house brands they know all the necessary facts that smokers want to know. There are deals all the time so if their already low price points is still a bit high deal days are your friend. I’ll continue to purchase products from SWC not just because they are here and close but because they have shown me years of great service and quality products.
Great atmosphere and very friendly service. There set up is very organized open. Product is wonderful. Hi klas shatter candy land. Recommend.
