Extremely bad customer service, I dropped off some film to be developed for a CD and photos it was going to be 20 dollars to take 4 days. Well I get the call to pick up the pictures and not only did they not develop the entire roll they gave me 22 photos of nothing. I said so I paid 20 for green paper the manager literally just said \sorry\. They sold completely worthless photos and CD. They didn't want to do anything about it not a phone call an refund a credit. Stick with Walgreens they will stand behind there work.

HORRIBLE! Take your business and money somewhere else. My photo was going to be a family surprise. They told me it was going to be done by the date they said would be done and it wasn't. They literally wasted two weeks of my time.

first time I've used TCR and both rolls I got developed were so scratched and dirty it's going to take forever to clean up in PS. I am having to pick and choose which photos I want to spend the time on. never going back here again. goto wilson camera (same day service free sometimes!) or ship out film to the darkroom (awesome experience).
