Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We arrived at 4:50pm just before closing. My bf Had a lens on hold and was waiting for the associate who placed the lens on hold for him (and has helped him in the past). We were approached by another staff member who ask what we needed. From what I understand, they work off of commission so we wanted to wait to be assisted by the person who placed the lens on hold for him. My bf was then told by this particular associate that it was 5pm and they were closed and that they could not help him any further. After spending over 30k at this store throughout the years, I would have expected he would be treated much better than that. We will never return.

I told Tempe Camera my predicament, and they went above and beyond to give me the best service I have ever received from a camera company. I highly recommend renting from them.
