The program is incredible...the people who work here are all rejects with the combined clerical skills of a Mickey D's fry cook.

Classic Government bureaucracy combined with excruciatingly terrible communication. Not landlord friendly, no wonder you are in need of units for your clients and you find it so challenging to acquire new landlords. What landlord would choose to work with your poorly run program when plenty of qualified non section 8 tenants are begging to move into my rental unit? You make the process overly challenging for landlords and your clients because of the delayed or completely absent communication! For the clients that you do assist in the community I know the program is a life saver; however, you do them and all future clients a disservice because of your complete disregard for landlords time and energy.

I called section 8 early today twice and emailed them twice and got no response. -- Paul Haried

Called to see if I could see a Housing Counselor and they said, just call a realtor. Really? You are on a government website stating you provide housing counseling to provide information on options and programs. Then the receptionist says, no we don't. Very disappointed.
