I have been going to Tempe Community Acupuncture since their doors opened over 5 years ago. Heidi and staff are fantastic! I can always count on TCA to take care of my mental and physical ails. The environment is welcoming, caring, healing, and nurturing. During this epidemic they are being extremely cautious and considerate of all their patients, and all areas are pristine. Go in for an acunap - it is a welcome therapy in these troubled times - you will feel terrific inside and out!
Heidi is thorough and caring in her approach. You will receive her utmost attention whether she is doing your intake or seeing you for follow up routine care. Dan (the sub for when Heidi is absent) also has a very professional and caring demeanor and he is an excellent acupuncturist who knows his herbs and can recommend herbal medicinals as well. The space is relaxing and you will enjoy napping or quietly reading a book in your recliner while you receive treatment.
Heidi was excellent in service. Acupuncture isn't for everyone. You must be open to it. It's not a quick fix for heaing. Its relaxing and be open to receiving healing. Mediate while being treated, if you can or not. If you fall into a deep sleep, you will feel very rested and blessed when you wake up. Acupuncture gave me release of migraine headaches and relief from an injury cause by a chiropractor 2016. I have referred s few people and RNs to her as their job can be very stressful. I will definitely see Heidi again.
I cannot recommend Tempe Community Acupuncture enough! I have been coming here for several months for chronic pain related to TMJ and am so happy with the sustained relief I have found. I am now able to go for maintenance appointments only and am no longer taking medication or wearing TMJ splints. Nor am I spending a fortune on ineffective treatments that neither medical nor dental insurance cover. In fact, it’s been such effective treatment that I started coming to treat other concerns (and I am a total needle phobic, but it really is different than needles in a medical setting) am equally astonished and pleased! Heidi is AMAZING!!
