Tempe Kia is a great place to do business. We have purchased 4 new Kias from them and do all of our service work there. They are always willing to help in any way possible to take care of our vehicles. U will never go to one of the other Kia dealerships... even though I live close to Horne Kia.

I come here frequently for normal maintenance services and the scary occasional recalls to be addressed and never feel pressured or uncomfortable while waiting. Jairo has helped us out on more than one occasion and I appreciate the great service the entire service staff provides. It’s comforting to see familiar faces and service with a smile and genuine banter that says a lot about a departments turn over. My son loves the kid area and all the toys supplied too!

After first going to Horne Kia, and going through a bait and switch, we ended up at Tempe Kia and worked with Rodney. Not only was he no pressure, the car listed online was exactly as described. We bought our last Kia Soul there and I'm glad we bought another one at Tempe Kia. Lesson learned, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I recommend Tempe Kia to everyone.
