customer service is usually excellent. great value for the price you pay. i live in a studio and it is very spacious and has more than enough room for all my things.

I am not saying to disregard any negative reviews, but please remember that everyone's experience is different and there are many people that do not post reviews (this is the first time I ever have written a review and it's because I have noticed only bad experiences have been posted). I am a junior at ASU and have lived here for over 7 months now and I love it. The new staff I have encountered are very nice and they notify you when packages arrive. The outside stairwells do smell like dog pee occasionally (it's pet friendly so it's expected) but I have never seen anything from animals in the hallways or outside. Nor did I ever see trash laying around except for once in the trash shoot room. If you want to feel like you're away from the city life, get a pool view! You do not hear any traffic, it's absolutely beautiful, and my cat loves the patio. I have never had a maintenance emergency, but whenever I put in a work order it takes 48 hours tops for them to come by. The location of this place is perfect for school (use the metro with a student pass) and shopping. I have never once had a problem with the place and have never regretted signing here.

One month in and I'm really thankful we're living here. It is so much nicer than our last apartment. The management is so much more engaged, especially the property manager, Josefina. We have a resident app where people share things they are selling, giving away, tips, news, and hangouts. I feel like we walked into a community and not just an apartment complex. We're really really really thankful we live here. Our apartment is beautiful! Most residents park in the parking garage. Great for Arizona summers! The hallways are air conditioned. We have so many great amenities and some good ones. Ha. We are in one of the ones with a loft and my husband and I honestly say every day or every other day, \wow I can't believe how great it is here.\ Totally recommend living here and joining the community!

POOR MAINTENANCE STAFF After visiting my friend the other day i noticed that their return vent was very dusty. As a homebuilder, i felt compelled to help clean it for her. When i opened the vent i was absolutely appalled at what i saw. i asked her why she did not ask the maintenance dept for a new one and she said she did and they came over and took the one pictured below and whacked off some of the dust in the hall and put it back in the holding slot. This is extremely unacceptable and against building health codes. She is moving out soon and i felt the need to replace it myself because the next tenant should not have to deal with incompetent staff.
