Very nice apartment！The transportation is convenient, the community is clean, the room is comfortable, the staff is kind，I love this place！
The place and price is pretty nice, but overall the customer service for needing things has been a little aggravating. Particular the online rent payment system was a strong selling point as I am out of town a lot, but this has only resulted in headaches trying to figure out how to navigate a down system with mail in checks and conflicting advice from different workers.
Well, the apartments are pretty good, community is nice. Management is just a robotic face for the company and don't act like real humans, but other than that the place is alright. Complex has a bus stop and a light rail station right in front, so that's nice.
Nice place to live. Management has never been the nicest, but it has a new management team so hopefully that will get better. I recommend living here because of the location and the price.
