Just moved in about a month ago. This is an awesome location and the other residents have been lovely so far so we’re enjoying ourselves. They did just roll out the updated online portal today and it’s actually much better than the previous one so props to management for that! The pools seem to be opened and closed randomly throughout the week so not sure if those are permanently back open yet. The rooftop has actually yet to been seen by us, but they do allow you to reserve it for private parties in the new portal. Overall the location is killer and the new management seems to be taking steps in the right direction. Will def update to five stars once I see the pool and rooftop open for good!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I'm very pleased. I have neighbors that party (loudly) and as soon as I close my apartment door I cannot hear a thing!! Total silence even though it's super loud from the hallway. Amazing maintenance staff too! They are so helpful and even showed me a place in the garage for an outlet so a mobile groomer could hook their van up to groom my pet. For leaks and stuff they come out within an hour if it's urgent or the time that you ask. One time my garbage disposal was stopped up from someone on the 2nd floor (I'm on the 3rd) and they came back 3 times until it was fixed. Only reason they're getting 4/5 is because the entrance to Stair 12 lights went out several months ago and have not been fixed... Sometimes that entrance is not locked as well. It is really hard to direct deliveries to a door that is not lit up in such a huge complex. They are normally lit up like the attached photo. Otherwise it's great living here.

The worst front office of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Front office rude and unresponsive. Roaches galore if you live here. Update: Not only will they not take care of the roach problem. Pest control “came” said they couldn’t treat my apartment event though it was completely spotless and every cabinet cleared out. Front desk is charging me a 150 fee because of this. Spoke with Judith Lopez at front desk and she refused to help me even though I have been having roaches for months. And will not waive fee even though I did nothing wrong. I have a had a hole in my bathroom for weeks and have put in multiple maintenance requests to have it fixed yet no response from maintenance. I’m sure I won’t get compensated for this inconvenience either as well as the 15 other things that have been broken In my apartment. Online portal has been down for weeks in the middle of a pandemic as well. Easily the worst apartment in Tempe. Please do not touch this apartment with a 10 foot pole. Would love to speak with someone higher up here or someone from grey star to contact because this is ridiculous.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My younger sister lives in these apartments while going to college. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and don't care about their tenets. She had a package sent to her mailbox for her birthday with over 400 in gift cards and over 400 in items and somehow the front failed to mention another tenet uses her mailbox!!! (box was obviously never found) Once we called to get a new mailbox so this wouldn't happen again they said they would have a key ready and to just call the front desk. This was 2 weeks ago and we STILL don't have a key!!! Every time we've tried to call they don't answer. She's even stood outside of the office door and called and no one would answer or open the door. She just had to look through the glass at the front desk workers sitting there looking at her. This apartment doesn't care about their tenets AT ALL!

My wife and I really liked this place when we moved in just over a year ago. It's right on the lake and has ample parking with newly renovated units. However just before re-signing our lease we noticed that there were beetles and roaches that started appearing in the Kitchen and Bathroom. We had them send out someone to take care of it and noticed them dying and thought we were okay. We signed up for another year, but then the bugs got worse. We've had 3 treatments and still there are roaches, I see at least one a day. We're extremely clean people, so I don't know where they're coming from. It could be that the front door has almost a half inch clearing to the outside so anything could crawl under that, or potentially a neighbor is dirty and they are coming in through the walls. To date nothing has been done to rectify the situation aside from multiple sprays. There are still roaches, but they are offering for us to clean out our whole apartment again for them to spray. . . again. Definitely won't resign our lease and looking for options to break on our end.
