Made an appointment to have two tires repaired on my ordinary cheap bike. My service representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He pointed out that one tire did indeed need replacing and gave me some choices as to what my replacement options were. Judging from other customers stopping in for their appointments, they appear to address a wide variety of bikes, from electric commuter bikes to those custom built for trail riding or racing. Definitely a place I would consult again.

Always very friendly and very helpful I always go in there to air up my tires and they are always very helpful whether it's a question I have or to ask the price on something! Anytime you in Tempe make sure to check them out!!

My Christine was near death. 5 feet under. These men saved her in a 5 hour operation which made her stronger and more beautiful than ever. They worked with great pride and went the extra mile to be sure everything was right. They brought it in under budget and in. Perfect time. She runs like a 2 year old. I have never experienced such care as with Eli, Tom, and Michael. the best human beings.

Dude told me that people don't ride 700x23 tires? Dude, every REAL road cyclist rides 23's bro, lawl maybe not in tempe but they are lighter and more aerodynamic bro. Lol.. won't ever be going back there.

My experience with this shop started with a need for a tune-up and some replacement parts for an old road bike. The shop team had no problem finding exactly what I needed and staying within my small budget. On top of that, they pointed out that the rear rim had an irreparable crack and gave me honest answers about pricing for my different options. The costs of parts and labor were clear and reasonable. All costs and specific issues I needed addressed were taken down and confirmed. The repairs and tune-up were done perfectly and the bike was also cleaned and detailed. The staff were straight forward, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Communication via text was clear and helpful and helped keep things moving efficiency. Everything they are doing indicates a clear commitment to their customers from the top down. Even small requests are given great attention to detail.
