I have lived at the District for 2 years. I love living here. It’s a very safe place. The staff is very friendly and will always listen to you and address your issues the best way they can. Front desk and managing team are awesome. Night staff/ security guards are great too. If you ever have a problem you can call them up and they’ll take care of it. Maintenance team is awesome too. All the guys are super friendly and respectful. The location is great the amenities are awesome. And with COVID they have really worked hard to keep us safe. You won’t regret it.

My daughter has renewed her lease for the third year in a row! She absolutely loves living there and often tells me about the great people she has met that live and work there. Being 2000 miles away, it sure puts my mind at ease knowing that she is in a safe, clean and friendly environment! If i could give more than 5 stars, i would! Great place to live!
I have lived at The District now for 2 years, and have absolutely loved it! It is a very short walk to campus, as well as to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The front desk staff is welcoming and organized, and the maintenance crew is extremely attentive! The gym and pool areas are always clean as well. There is nothing to complain about here, it is like living at a resort!
I have lived here for two years and one of the best things about The District is the staff and amenities. Chloe one of the employees at The District has always been so caring, understanding, and professional. Anytime I have questions or need a package she is always there to help. She also gives the best tours and is able to highlight the best aspects of the apartment. It is also nice that every time I walk in I get greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The pool is absolutely amazing and is one of my favorite spots of the apartment. I also love the gym that has anything you could want to get a full work out in. The sauna and golfing simulator is something that I enjoy and that many other apartments do not provide. The apartment also has amazing security that has always made me feel safe.
The staff alone is the main reason to stay at this gorgeous complex! They are amazing!! You can tell they love their job and love living there. We have enjoyed the property and very happy with the management ️
