The Normal Restaurant and Bar is a kinda cool concept. It's basically Cali street food in a restaurant. They have all kinds of different Bacon wrapped hot dogs. They are a little more than your typical street dog but you also get a little more too. They have 3 different buns to choose from. (I just got the regular bun).

The Normal Diner has combined the 5 most delicious words....\Chicken and Red Velvet Waffles\! Wow!! There were two things that made this dish stand out. 1. The beautiful color, crisp, and light sweetness of the waffles was so good, I didn't need butter or syrup (they would have taken away from the flavors) and 2. The chicken was boneless and one of the most juiciest pieces of chicken I've ever had at a restaurant. This dish delivers MORE THAN EXPECTED! I was so happy when I left and bragged about it to others! By the way, the diner itself is very nice. It was a very clean establishment, bright, open, and colorful. I liked the random pictures on the wall, the multi-colored light fixtures, and the diner seating right up front. The only thing that was a little odd was they cut their menu in half when there is a show at Gammage across the street so that they can get orders out quickly. Unfortunately they do not deviate from that, but it's still worth asking. I would definitely love to go back and try the rest of their menu. I would encourage you to do the same! :-)

Hands down favorite diner atmosphere in the valley. Creative food options. Nostalgic vibes...

Perfection! Great Location, cool laid back spot. Boutique style. Great food and good service. The gluten free pancakes are delish! You only need one though!

Okay, this is hard, but I'm forced to break up with what use to be my favorite place to go. What happened to my Normal?!?! Where's the back to school lunch special, the red velvet chicken and waffles, the comfort food that use to ease my stress away...i don't understand this new updated menu of foods that are not what my Normal once was.... sigh...
