I have had my phone for years and only had the screen crack in the past month. I brought it here to get it fixed, and when it fell out of my pocket off the couch 2 days later the screen shattered again. Do not go here for a screen replacement. They use cheap glass and the screen was not as responsive as it was before being broken originally. I went to IPhone CPR and they were lovely and fast.

I never leave bad reviews but I feel as though I need to warn everyone before having their iPhone screen replaced. I had mine replaced here in October 2020, 2 months ago. From the start, the screen never looked as sharp and colorful as the original. The bottom corner of the screen has started to lift away from the phone's frame and vertical bars flash across the screen every time it turns on. Buyer beware, this company does not use quality replacement screens.
Staff were personable and really cared about my experience. I could tell they enjoy what they do! Highly recommend
uBreakiFix Tempe is amazing! I had an unfortunate event of having my MacBook Air fall off the bed as I was sleeping. One can only imagine my reaction and thoughts when I woke up and saw my laptop on the floor. Hope and prayers couldn't save me, I thought for sure I was doomed. Plot twist...sike, my MacBook Air's screen was flickering & I couldn't see anything. After searching for places, I stumbled across uBreakiFix and found the location nearest to me. The idea and concept of this business is phenomenal. I explained my problem to Greg, the owner, and he assured me the problem was fixable and would done within a 3-5 business days. I couldn't imagine being without my laptop for that long, however he suggested that I could keep the device while the part is being is being ordered and use it externally via an HDMI connection. Surprisingly, I never even thought that to be an option. Fast Forward; I left a deposit for 50% of the total cost and kept my device while the part was being ordered and then brought it back in for repair 3 business days later. I lucked out and the shop was able to get the part sooner than expected and they completed the repair within 2 hours, after I brought it in. The experience was so painless and easy, I have referred all my friends since my fix about 3 weeks ago. The customer service is un-matched and the repair comes with a 90-day parts & labor warranty which is way better than their competitors. Needless to say, you should look no further (if you have a broken device) because they (uBreakiFix (Tempe) ) are honest, reliable, professional & knowledgable on what they are doing.
