I've talked to a recruiter several times about reserve officer positions with the USAF. I did a lot of leg work providing my prior service record, exceptional employment history, clean record, and distinguished educational background. All of a sudden, I was blatantly ignored; no feedback, no response, and no communication. I would've have at least appreciated feedback that I was not considered or that I was not qualified or that the USAF was not interested or some kind of indications/reasons given to me rather than just being cut off in communication. It leaves you in mystery with no closure as to why you are being ignored that results in a reflection of a loss of confidence. I don't believe that is a good way to treat veterans looking to serve again.

It took quite awhile for me to step up and go see a recruiter for the first time and when finally speaking to SSgt Jonathon Evans there was no pressure and it was a very positive and professional experience. The communication was great and I never felt like I was out of the loop. Now I have received my shipping date and one of my top jobs thanks to SSgt Evans Highly recommend this recruiting office if you're thinking of joining, these guys are great and will help you out for sure.
went to another recruiter and felt brushed off and ignored, decided to switch to Sgt Evans as my recruiter and he was great! he answered the questions i had and was a great help throughout the whole process!
I was not happy with the responses I got today. None of my questions was answered and I felt like I was rushed off. He didn’t even say what the program was about just named them and told me to apply online. As I sat in my vehicle after leaving the office the ad came up on my Facebook and it stated if I had any questions to send a message. I was chatting with another recruiter named Don and he gave me so much more information than the other recruiter at this office.
Do some research before you go and ask alot of questions when you meet with a recruiter. They are very professional and helpful.
