Don’t ever live here... it is such a joke! Maintenance barges in your doors whenever they want. Super overpriced for being outdated and having minimal amenities. These apartments are so cheaply built and the furniture in my unit is very worn. They refused to open our community gym for the 20-21 school year, advising us to go to the university recreation center where there are tons of people, making it more likely for us to be exposed to covid. Then when I came back for spring semester I learned I had to check in again to reactivate my sun card (which gives me access to my building and parking garage) and after I checked in they told me it will still take 24 hrs for my card to activate. Meaning I STILL couldn’t get into my building. I literally hate this place so much LMAO just trust me on this one

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I made so many maintenance requests because my apartment was problematic. James is supposed to run Vista and I spoke with him on multiple occasions and HE DID NOTHING. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE!! Plenty of other apartments that are way better in pricing and accommodations. If I could give this negative stars I would!

Our room was not cleaned before move in. Asu does not directly own the property so it has been very difficult to get broken things fixed. There are much more inexpensive options that are much nicer.

EDIT REGARDING OWNER RESPONSE: If you have \systems in place\ to make sure that rooms are move in ready then why weren't they? I've tried reaching out to staff in the past and they responded to me slowly and then not at all. Got fined for something I marked down upon move in. Moved into a new place and most of the appliances are broken, so I’m not sure what we’re even paying these fines for. You might notice an uptick of good reviews around Spring of 2018. That’s because they sent out an email saying if you left a review you and showed them you would get a Canes gift card. Not sure about the legality of that.
