I've been attending this studio for a little over a year. Though I'm a life-long dancer, I never had formal tap training (a recital-goal oriented dance business is not the same thing). So, I am very pleasantly surprised that I'm about to start the 2.3 level. I'm starting to feel like a eal\ tap dancer This in spite of wearing bad tap shoes, and being 60 years old. I love this studio and the wonderful instructor/owner Mary Wall.

An excellent studio featuring a state-of-the-art dance floor, owner Mary Walls' Wall-2-Wall Dance Center caters to beginning, intermediate, and advanced tap dancing. Mary offers exciting choreographed numbers in which to perform those basic and advanced skills which are taught methodically with care, patience, and a passion for her chosen art.. Care is given to style as well as mechanics in a progressive arrangment, making for a fun and pleasant experience. Classes are offered to accommodate a wide range of budgets, as well as offering a choice of class times through out the week to accommodate most every life-style. Even if you've never tapped before, Mary offers a 'Never2Late' class for those of us who missed the opportunity to enjoy dancing in our youth. Check it out. It's FUN!

This is a great place to learn how to tap dance. The studio itself is really nice with floor to ceiling mirrors, a barre at the back for those needing to watch their balance while learning, and looks like brand new wood floors. Mary, the tap teacher, is really professional. She teaches the vocabulary of tap, the history of some of the steps, and provides lots of opportunity to drill the moves as they are learned. Teaching of new steps is often a three step process.... first the mechanics of movement, then practice at a slow pace, then to tempo with music. It's not easy learning how to tap, but it's really really fun. I have already recommended this studio to several friends and will continue to do so.

Confession: I've always wanted to learn to tap. I am a grown person with no real formal dance training. I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to find a place that teaches adult dance classes. But this is it! Mary is an awesome instructor and her \Never 2 Late\ class is perfect for a grown up beginner like me. I can't wait to take more classes! So, if you're looking for a fun activity, have always been curious or (like me) want to fulfill a childhood dream, check this place out!

Being an experienced tapper I've seen a number of tap teachers, Mary's teaching technique is ideal for every level. The patience, the repetition with no criticism produces amazing results . The varied routines accompanied with perfect music create a feeling of accomplishment and fun. Beginner or advanced, an admirable establishment. Mary is aware of every necessity for a successful school experience and has provided it at Wall 2 Wall.
