Whatever you do, go to the other Whataburger in town. Two days in a row now we have had horrible experiences. Once inside and the next in the drive thru. So there is ZERO hope for this Whataburger. We waited more than 15 minutes for meals that were prepared with little care. The next day we arrived for breakfast with more than enough time only for them to say they have ONE more biscuit left and won’t be making more? These people are sorry and don’t deserve your business. They should be ashamed of their customer service that is quite simple to improve.
I loved the advertising. However, poor handling leads to bad execution. I ordered the Jalapeño and Cheese Burger. The sandwich I received was squished, or pressed down on too hard and fell apart immediately after opening. The bread was crumbling apart and lettuce was barely inside. Wish I had a better experience for my first visit!
They are amazing, they always have my food ready and fresh when I order online. They are so nice
