I purchased a 2021 Haulin 7x16 enclosed cargo trailer from John’s Trailer Sales. From my initial phone call to inquire about a trailer, I have received nothing but great customer service. At the time of my initial call, they did not have the trailer I wanted (size). After checking their website frequently, I found the one I was looking for. I called them to make sure it wasn’t purchased that day yet. When I arrived to purchase, the trailer was waiting up front for me to view. Pictures did not do it justice. I delt with Melissa for the most part. She made everything so simple, especially the paperwork. She explained everything I needed to know. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They had a variety of things for purchase. I will definitely be using them again soon! Thanks for the awesome service Melissa & crew!

Great family owned and run trailer dealership. Great to work with and will take the time needed to make sure you have the product you are looking for whether that is a stock unit or a complete custom trailer.
Very helpful and great trailers and prices
The service at first was great, even before I came into the store and called with a question. Until I got home, after purchasing a B&W adjustable hitch, I noticed there as no receiver pin. Which would be if no issue, except when I was purchasing the hitch I asked if I needed one and the guy told me, it was in the box. And the response when I called and asked if it was missing continued the downward customer service experience.
Customer service was at its best. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and escorted to a Sales person who enthusiastically started to assist me. The sales person handed my paperwork to a person that took me out to the storage area and showed me my trailer and assisted me with the inspection. Within a hour, I had the bill of sale and was on my way home. A fantastic experience. I will always use this company and highly recommend John's Trailer Sales to anyone looking for a new trailer.
