Horrible customer service and they are running scams. I bought a pair of shoes on saturday they were faulty the same size but not the same size..one shoe was smaller but they both said a 9...but on was definitely a 7..i could not get my money back so i exchanged them to get home today never taking them out the bag until today at 9 am and boom another fake pair of shoes... They dont let you try on both due to policy i didnt see the defect until i got home and tried to wear them
They never have thirteens but i did get some shoes
Always sold out of my size!! But I love the energy within the store and amongst the staff!! And their manager the lil lady is Awesome!! And the female that is also a security guard is the best!! Sorry I'm bad with names but they All ROCK!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!! They JUST NEED TO STOCK MORE THAN ONE SIZE OF EACH KIDS SHOE!! Especially size 4.5!!
