We just purchased our second vehicle from Johnson Brothers & I can not recommend them enough. Our salesman Aaron, who also assisted my husband several months ago in getting a truck, was awesome! We knew we wanted an expedition & he was so patient & informative in helping us pick the right one! The best part was that there was no back & forth negotiating. We told him what we were willing to pay & he came back with that exact price. Overall it was a great buying experience & we will definitely be repeat customers mainly because of Aaron!

My husband and I live nowhere near this dealership and drove 3 hours to this one. We went to multiple other dealerships before making the trip to this one... The customer service we received from Jim Harper made the trip worth it.. He was honest and upfront about pricing. When we got to the dealership he had the vehicle waiting for us and there was no debating on numbers or pricing everything was exactly what he told us up front over the phone! When we got there Jim was so sweet!!! He made us feel like we were family to him. This was the best car buying experience we have had thanks to Jim!!!

By far one of the best vehicle purchase experiences of my life. I would rate it in the top three. Found a certified truck the wife and I were interested in online and submitted an inquiry. We were contacted fairly quickly and set an appointment for a couple days away. Arrived about 20 minutes late unfortunately, but we were greeted with nothing but pleasant staff and immediately put in touch with our salesman, Sean. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. He was mindful of our time and went out of his way to make sure we didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. Everyone we worked with at the dealership was amazing. The computer system actually went down right when we were trying to run numbers and finalize our approval. So, they made sure the truck was fueled up and let us take it for lunch and to run some errands. Came back later and everything was done. While we sat down with finance they detailed and topped off the truck. It literally looked brand new. Andy, our finance person was excellent and a joy to work with as well. We are planning another vehicle purchase at the end of the year and it will definitely be from Johnson Brothers Ford!
