The Lady who currently owns this vacuum shop (she was friends with the original owner who passed away). She was very nice and helped me get what I needed and for a reasonable price too. Half the price you would pay at most other Kirby Shops. She's very people friendly and we conversed nicely. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs to get a vacuum repaired or parts for it.

Shirley took fantastic care of my beloved, old Electrolux. She had to think outside the box to fix it. The repair was complete in less than a day and essentially gave my vac a spa day. It works like it is brand new! Let's continue to support this great Temple small business. Shirley knows what customer service is truly about.
Excellent customer service! The gentleman that worked there was efficient and honest. We were coming from out of town and he went out of his way to service our Kirby right there on the spot so we wouldn't have to make two trips.
I have owned my Kirby for over 15 years and this is a great place. They are always kind and helpful and always have exactly what I need in stock. It is nice to have a place I can run in and pick up what I need instead of ordering it online or driving forever to get it. Kirby Co is a true Small Town business with a BIG HEART.
Growing up and as an adult I've went through so many vacuums! After taking my 120 vacuum to this man, I don't think I'll ever have to buy another one! This man is awesome and his prices are great!
