Very nice and fast delivery 1.5h. Friendly and professional people. 24/7 operation.not sure about parking overnight. Dropping load was a pleasure . HeyNow!
Arrived at 7 am on 3/19/21 to deliver corn appointment was at 1pm waited all day called at various times and they would just tell me to wait at 9pm they tell me they have no corn appointments and cant unload me untill the next morning here i am 24 hours later 7 am 3/20/21 and now they dont answer the phone to see if i can unload yet very bad service ... also guard shack guy was rude and said he was a slave just doing what the masters inside the plant told him to do and that he didnt know anything
Arrived 4 am for drop & hook. Early time 10 am, late time the following day I was told load wasn't ready yet, come back in the morning. I spent the night parked in the road in front of the business. I rolled into the place around 8

Arrived 3pm for drop & hook. Early time 9 am, late time the following day at 8am. I was told load wasn't ready yet, come back in the morning. I spent the night parked in the road in front of the business. I rolled into the place around 8 the next morning (17 hours later). I was told by someone in shipping "Your load isn't ready yet, I'm waiting for someone to let me know if we can ship that product". I got tired of waiting inside, went back outside to my truck (I told her i was going out to truck). 20 hours after I arrived to pick my load up was told load was cancelled!! Next time I am sent here, i will refuse the load!!
