I am sure glad I found this company. I have not been serviced very well prior to paramount waste water started its services. My septic was in bad shape when we purchased our house. After 2 years of being taken advantage of i was told about ParaMount, what a difference in attitude and professionalism while on the job. Thank you for providing this service so far away from Temple.

We got into quite the bind with our septic tank following a huge winter storm. Paramount not only scheduled me for service but they sent someone the next morning. They called and let me know they were on the way and when Logan arrived he showed me things to look for in the future and pumped all the tanks. Great customer service and a wonderful business. They have customers for life in us!

This company was actually recommended by a competitor. I called another company that had been recommended by a friend, but they were booked up and could not get us quickly. Our septic tank needed to be pumped out ASAP! They recommended I call Paramount - they said “it’s the only other business we’d recommend”. I’m so glad they did! Paramount was able to get to us within a couple of days, and their prices for the service we needed were significant lower than the first company I had called. The lady in the office was very personable, professional and gave me all the possible costs up front. (They had a base price for the service, and then a list of all charges for different things they might have to do once they got started on the job). As far as the actual service, quick, professional, on time, and they did not try to add any other charges. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs!

Paramount Waste Water was recommended to me as a quality company to pump out our septic tank. They were very helpful on the phone in setting up the servicing and excellent in communicating their arrival time and all aspects of the service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their septic system pumped out.
