We got cinnamon pretzel and Philly cheesesteak pretzel and they were horrible. From top they were fully cooked but inside the dough was raw and the cheesesteak pretzel was so salty. So we end up trashing all 6 of our pretzels in the trash . Will never go back there

Employees were nice but ended up throwing the cinnamon pretzel away because not sure if it wasn't done all the way through or what but it tasted very "doughy" and gross

There pretzels never seem to be cooked enough. Hardly buy them any more. Go to soft pretzel outlet on bell alley St. in Reading brick oven cooked. The Best there is. !!!!!
