I gave 2 stars just based on Belton location, Gym is to small and compact. Employees are still very nice and helpful. I would give a 5 Star to the Temple location because it is a lot bigger and I like the setup a lot better. Also, has a much bigger area in the back to do your ab workouts. Employees there are also very nice and helpful. Another reason why I give a 2 star is because I need to cancel my membership due to moving out of state soon and there is not a planet fitness where I am relocating to. Since my 12 months are not up I still have to pay the cancellation fee, which I don’t think it is right since I am moving out of state.

Great place to burn off some steam
Been an avid member of this club for a little over a year and half, the vast majority of the staff I have encountered have always been pleasant and professional, that is until tonight. Discrimination is a strong term one in which I do not use lightly, but I definitely was subjected to it tonight. As I was working out with my group (3 guys 1 girl) I was approached by Devin the only manager of color there and was pulled aside and told I had to keep my mask on while working out. This would not have been a problem if he didn't pass literally 18 other members without their mask, who were not even working out for that matter. Devin was very professional and even apologized for Missy's (club manager) inconsistent rule enforcement. I complied and returned to the group to keep working out. Not even 5mins later Missy again sent Devin over to talk to me (the only member of color in my group), this time about taking pictures/recording my group as we do our exercises. Again ANOTHER inconsistent rule that the club has NEVER enforced in the whole 1.5years I have been recording. (Mind you there is a giant TV behind the front desk with people posting there photos in the club). After speaking with Missy trying get clarification ,which she didn't provide any nor enforce the mask policy it's clear she did this to me with an agenda, and did not even have the managerial professionalism to handle it herself. Very poor ethics. If you are a person of color or minority be aware of the \enforcement\ policies when coming to this club, you will be targeted.
Love this gym! The staff is super nice and everyone is so inclusive. I love working out here!
You just can't beat Planet Fitness for the price and offerings. Great place to work with no judgement zone.
