In over 30 years of living in Temple, never had a problem with our mail carrier, until we got a new one last year. So incompetent. Consistently delivers mail to wrong addresses, spins out, digging ditches in front of mailboxes, crams packages in mailbox ,where it takes awhile to get them out. Did not pick up mail for several days. In such a hurry, it’s quantity over quality. Even after filing several complaints, they are still here.

NEVER EVER mail anything from the Temple location! I’ve used priority mail for years and never had a pkg arrive late until I started shipping from this location! I have had to refund customers due to their lack of training! I had one tell me my weight on the label was less than the actual weight....it was flat rate shipping! As long as it’s in 70lbs and fit in the flat rate box the weight is irrelevant! I will use the Douglasville location from now on. The worst thing is they don’t care that you paid for priority and your pkgs aren’t arriving on time! Horrible!
Mr. Postman Mike, Michael was so helpful above and beyond! So may God bless him and his wife.... and I recommend this post office to everyone around ,they do close at 5. Excellent place !
Can we have our old driver back in Buckhorn Estates? The new one should have a desk job or be fired. He/she refuses to get their lazy butt out of the vehicle and deliver a package to our door. On multiple occasions they have said animal interference when our animals have been locked inside. With my work hours its impossible to make it before they close unless I leave work early. Completely unacceptable and pure laziness.
